Dr. Cyrill Rieder is an intellectual property expert with a focus on copyright, trademark, and patent law. He has extensive experience in IP and competition law disputes as well as in IT-related litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Cyrill Rieder also advises clients on IP licensing and IP transactions. He teaches at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and is the author of several publications on intellectual property law. Cyrill Rieder serves on the board of AIPPI Switzerland and is an active member of various international IP associations and working groups.
